Disney World’s Victoria & Albert’s restaurant has significantly hiked prices since reopening in July.
The tasting menu at the restaurant’s Dining Room experience costs $425, plus $200 for wine.

Disney World’s Victoria & Albert’s restaurant has significantly hiked prices recently — and it’s left a bad taste in some fans’ mouths.
The New York Post first reported the news.
Victoria & Albert’s is located in the Disney Grand Floridian Resort and is one of the most upmarket Disney restaurants. The restaurant offers three dining experiences, The Dining Room, the Chef’s Table, and the Queen Victoria Room.
The Chef’s Table tasting menu, cost $350 per person before the pandemic but now costs $425 per person, per the Disney Food blog. Wine costs an extra $200, taking the bill to $625. The Chef’s Table only has one seating of six per night.
The cheapest option at the restaurant, a tasting menu in The Dining Room, now begins at $295 per person, according to the Disney Food blog. The restaurant raised prices by more than $100 per head for the menu after the restaurant reopened on July 28. According to the Disney Food blog, the tasting menu previously cost $185.
The high prices have drawn criticism on social media. “I’m sure it’s a great experience and super fancy, but no thanks. I’m out. No chance I’m spending $300 a person to eat some food,” one user wrote on a Reddit thread.
Another wrote: “You could have a 3 Michelin star experience at Alinea in Chicago for the same price. Unreal.”
The Dining Room’s menu includes caviar, scallops, Texas wild boar, and Kobe-style beef, according to another Disney blog, All Ears.
Disney did not immediately respond to Insider’s request for comment made outside normal working hours.
The prices that Disney charges for food and drink have often raised eyebrows. Earlier this year, the Disney Wish cruise ship announced a $5,000 “Star Wars”-themed cocktail, which was being served in its upmarket Hyperspace Lounge.
The price included a trip to Skywalker Vineyards at Skywalker Ranch and a shot glass, however.
