One fitness influencer has been criticized for telling fans who “want to look good on camera” to “go to the damn gym.”
Former Bachelor contestant Dasha Gaivoronski gave her some cheeky advice this week in an Instagram video, which many of her followers have labeled “awful.”
Wearing tight gym leggings and a crop top, the 36-year-old showed off her favorite poses for the perfect photo on social media.

While the ironic video appeared to be in jest, several of her fans were unimpressed, with one writing, “This is terrible. Don’t follow anymore.’
However, some found the clip funny, with one writing, “Good, solid advice,” while another saying, “That’s what you got me for.”

Dasha, who rose to fame in the Bachelor’s Nick Cummins series, has previously been criticized for posting “unhealthy” diet and fitness regimens.
In 2018, she wrote about a three-day “water fasting” challenge, in which she revealed that she drank nothing but water for 72 hours, which fans described as “utterly stupid and dangerous.”
She has also posted about the “benefits” of intermittent fasting and her weight loss since appearing on the show.
