Sheri and her husband will later host another wedding which Brittany says will be ‘Scottish / Australian’.
The radio host then gave fans an update to her ‘long lost lehenga’ which got misplaced by Singapore Airlines, after her brother-in-law’s family arranged to fly the Indian bridesmaids’ dresses into Australia from overseas.

‘I’m so thankful to Jays family for choosing and bringing it and grateful it made it in time so I could match my beautiful sister and brother in law on their magical day.

A day before the wedding, Brittany revealed Singapore Airlines lost a bag containing the dresses for all the bridesmaids at Sheri’s wedding.
Brittany Hockley has revealed Singapore Airlines lost a bag containing the dresses for all the bridesmaids at her sister Sheri’s wedding
The suitcase containing all the outfits was misplaced by the airline and the former Bachelor star said she couldn’t get in touch with them.
Brittany took to Instagram to ask if any of her followers on the Gold Coast had a sari she could borrow for the ceremony.
Fortunately it wasn’t necessary to borrow a last-minute garment because the dresses ended up arriving by courier with just 11 hours to spare before the wedding.
The saga began on Monday with Brittany explaining: ‘It’s 1.30pm and the wedding is at 7.30am tomorrow morning and I don’t have my bridesmaids dress, my sari. It’s not even my wedding and I could cry.

Brittany later looked far more relaxed in photos from her sister’s Mehndi, a pre-wedding party for the bride and her closest female friends where henna is applied to the hands and feet
‘Jay’s family flew in from overseas and they were bringing the saris. Singapore Airlines lost the bags. Fine, it happens.
‘They said it was going to be redelivered; it hasn’t. They have no contact card, I can’t contact them.
‘I don’t know what I’m going to do. This is such a long shot, but do I have any followers on the Gold Coast that have a sari I can borrow?
‘It doesn’t even have to be a bridesmaid sari. I’m just trying to save my sister and her wedding.’
Brittany shared photos of Sheri having her henna completed at the pre-wedding ceremony
She went on to explain she was specifically after a lehenga, or a two-piece lehenga, and she was ‘very stressed’ about the situation.
Luckily, a disaster was avoided when the bag arrived at 8pm, just 11 hours before the wedding was due to start.
‘Guys, my sari will be couriered and arrive at 8pm tonight,’ she wrote on Instagram, before thanking her followers for their help.
‘We are back on track in the nick of time. Classic Hockley behaviour.’
