Elizabeth Banks showed her sharp side when she promoted her new movie Call Jane.
The 48-year-old actress wore a gray pinstripe blazer, leather gloves and a dazzling mesh skirt as she posed for The View in New York on Tuesday.
She shot a fierce glance toward the camera as she posed confidently in her black high heels.

As for her makeup, she kicked things up a notch with an edgy layer of eye makeup that brought out her blue eyes.
She completed the look with blush, lip gloss and a pair of silver earrings.

Banks will soon be back on the big screen with the release of her upcoming drama Call Jane.
The film, which also stars Sigourney Weaver and Chris Messina, follows Joy, a housewife who discovers that her pregnancy is a threat to her own life and joins the Jane Collective to fight for abortion rights.
Call Jane was inspired by true events and will hit theaters on October 28, 2022.

Talk about The Graham Norton Show earlier this month, Elizabeth said she feels a “much deeper responsibility” to release the film in the wake of Roe v Wade’s destruction.
Although the film was made before June, when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the landmark Roe v Wade ruling that established a constitutional right to abortion, Elizabeth said its relevance had only grown.
She said, “The film was written and made before Roe v Wade was rolled back, but now we feel a much deeper responsibility to get this story out.”

When asked how she talks about sex with her own children, she replied, “I’m not ashamed at all and I’m very open with them.
“I learned from my own mother that those conversations should take place as early and as often as possible.
“The only way to reduce abortion rates is to provide good sex education to empower women to understand what’s going on with their bodies and how to protect themselves and learn that sex can be fun.”
