The singer, who turned 35 on Saturday, kept things low-key in a white hoodie and matching joggers, while wrapping up in a beige coat.
CBBC star Molly, 21, also cut a casual figure in a blue tracksuit which she teamed with a cream jacket and black shoes as she gave her boyfriend a birthday kiss.

Nancy Xu, Kym Marsh and her husband Scott Ratcliff, Karen Hauer, Ellie Taylor and Craig Mellor with his wife Michelle McSween and daughter Renee also left.
Justices Craig Revel Horwood and Motsi Mabuse followed close behind.
They’ve been busy rehearsing for Saturday’s much-anticipated Halloween special, with Fleur celebrating her 35th birthday on the circuit.
The outing comes after Molly broke her silence after it was revealed by MailOnline that she is dating professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin.

Molly tried to play down the allegations when asked about a recent episode of it Good morning Britain, insisting that everyone in the lineup is “so close.”
During the joint interview with her dance partner Carlos Gu, she said, “I think it’s too early to talk about it.”
Earlier this month, a source revealed that Molly and Nikita were dating after they were seen getting cozy at the National Television Awards, just a week after it was reported that the dancer had split from his girlfriend of five years, Nicole Wirth.
Molly and Carlos were guests on GMB ahead of Strictly’s highly-anticipated Halloween Special on Saturday after narrowly avoiding elimination in the dance-off last week.
The singer was asked by host Charlotte Hawkins if there were romances brewing behind the scenes.

Molly replied: “You know what, they’re such a tight-knit group. Everyone is so close, we have takeaway on a Friday night, we all chat and the pros are so great. Even the new guys, they’re all amazing.’
Asked if there was any drama behind the scenes, she insisted: “No, no. Actually it doesn’t exist. I think that will be done later in the competition.’
Charlotte continued to tease Molly about whether there were any Strictly romances going on away from the dance floor, and the singer said: “No, no I mean…” before attempting to deflect the subject.
Carlos then chimed in to end the conversation, saying, “I think it’s too early to talk about that.”

Earlier this month, both Molly and Nikita were photographed flirting up a storm while backstage at the NTAs.
MailOnline revealed the pair couldn’t keep their eyes off each other as they flirted together into the early hours after the awards ceremony.
Their blossoming romance comes a week after it was revealed Nikita, who is partnered with Paralympic swimmer Ellie Simmonds, had split from girlfriend Nicole Wirt.
A source told MailOnline: ‘Molly and Nikita couldn’t keep their eyes off each other all night.

Nikita and Molly were seen leaving the NTAs after party, which was held at Wembley’s Brent Civic Centre, resisting the urge to hold hands as they left the venue.
MailOnline approached representatives for Strictly and Molly for comment at the time.
Nikita and Molly partied until 1am despite having to be ready for training ahead of Saturday’s Strictly live show – while many of their co-stars opted to skip the ceremony.
A source said Nikita wanted to “focus” on this series of Strictly and the pair’s long-distance relationship was no longer working for them.
Nikita is competing for this year’s Strictly Glitterball trophy with swimmer Ellie, while CBBC presenter Molly has already topped the leaderboard with her pro partner Carlos.
