Carrie Bickmore shocked the TV industry when she announced her resignation from The Project earlier this month.
But while she may be leaving Channel 10 at the end of the year, the 41-year-old is staying on with her radio job at the Hit Network.
Women’s Day reported Monday that Bickmore was seeking to leave Southern Cross Austereo and sign with ARN, the network that owns KIIS FM, but an ARN spokesman denied there had been any talks.

The magazine quoted an ‘industry source’ as saying that Bickmore and his Hit Network unit co-host Tommy Little had been offered a blank check to sign with ARN.
“They have been told they can ‘name their terms,’” the post claimed, adding that ARN bosses feel Bickmore is the “missing ingredient” their group of stations needs.
But an ARN spokeswoman has downplayed the report, calling it a ‘fabrication’.
The Woman’s Day article also said that KIIS FM breakfast host Kyle Sandilands was pushing to bring Bickmore in, but this claim has also been refuted by Sandilands manager Bruno Bouchet.

“Women’s Day has a proud and proven track record of being wrong, this report is no different,” Mr Bouchet told Daily Mail Australia.
Bickmore announced his departure from The Project after 12 years on the air earlier this month. She will leave Channel 10 entirely in November when her contract expires.
She told viewers that she would quit smoking to spend more time with her family.
However, an ARN spokeswoman has downplayed the report, calling it a ‘fabrication’.
The Gold Logie winner has been on The Project’s desk since the show launched in 2009 and has since become a familiar face on Australian screens.
“I have some news I wanted to share… Shit, I’m already crying,” he began. “I made the difficult decision to finish hosting the show at the end of the year.”
Since then, rumors have swirled about her next career move, with some industry watchers hoping to see her appear on Nine’s A Current Affair next year.
