And heiress Kate Waterhouse channeled her inner princess at the 2022 Lexus Melbourne Cup on Tuesday.
The 38-year-old daughter of horse trainer Gai Waterhouse turned heads in a pale pink satin dress, along with some very expensive accessories.

All of Kate’s ensemble pieces were from the high-end Italian label Gucci.
The mother of two wore an interlocking G crystal tiara on her head, which retails for around $2430, carried a $4,630 light pink Jackie 1931 handbag and $1,295 pink satin slippers slipped over her feet.
It’s not the first time the brunette beauty has donned her outfit for a race day.

The socialite attracted attention at the Australian Turf Club on Everest Day last month.
She spared no expense to look good and stepped out in an outfit worth a whopping $75,000.
She opted for the Louis Vuitton Monogram Tweed Polo Collar Dress, which is valued at $7,100.
Kate also carried a light pink $4,630 Jackie 1931 handbag and slipped $1,295 pink satin mules on her feet. She posed in the Lexus tent with fellow socialite and fashion influencer Nadia Fairfax
Kate paired the chic dress with a striking handbag, featuring a Bulgari tote from the Serpenti range worth around $5,100.
She also appeared to be wearing a Jaeger-LeCoultre designer watch, which costs a whopping $41,400.

The model added a diamond bracelet, with similar ones costing in the $7,000 range.
Her snake-themed heels were from Bottega Veneta, and similar shoes came in at about $3,000.
