Tom Brady took to Twitter on Tuesday morning, poking fun at critics as he celebrated Halloween with his children, following the “amicable” end of his marriage to Gisele Bundchen.
In a time associated with many parents in the US, Brady took part in the spooky festivities.
Though presumably unlike most 45-year-olds, dressed as the angel of death, no doubt alluding to the recent comment that he should have retired from the NFL.
“Insert grim reaper joke here…Happy Halloween,” Brady wrote on Elon Musk’s social media platform on Tuesday.
Brady shared the photo with his son Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9, as the trio went trick-or-treating.
The 45-year-old referenced wanting to remain incognito on Halloween earlier in the day on his SiriusXM Podcast Let’s Go! with Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray.
The recently divorced seven-time Super Bowl champion posted the hilarious photo on Twitter.
“Hopefully there’s something anonymous tonight so the kids can really have fun,” Brady told Gray.
‘It might get a little hectic, and if it does, then I’m coming home. But I hope I can be just another dad on the street tonight in a cool costume.
The former New England Patriot also has a 15-year-old son, John, commonly known as Jack, whom he shares with his former partner, Bridget Moynahan.
On Monday, Brady opened up about his divorce from wife Gisele Bundchen in his first podcast since the couple confirmed the end of their marriage.
The veteran quarterback also spoke about the underperforming Tampa Bay Buccaneers who are currently two games under .500 at 305.

Brady admitted the situation with Bundchen is “very amicable” amid reports that he “really tried to fix their marriage.”
“I think there are a lot of professionals in life who go through things that they deal with at work and at home,” he said.
“Obviously the good news is that it’s a very friendly situation and I’m really focused on two things, taking care of my family and certainly my children and secondly doing the best job possible to win football games.”
So that’s what the professionals do. You focus on work when it’s time to work, and then when you get home, you focus on the priorities that are at home. All you can do is the best you can do.
The couple is expected to share custody of their two children, Vivian and Benjamin. Tom also has a third child from a previous relationship. They are shown in February 2022, after he announced that he was retiring. Gisele embraced the decision, but backed off a month later.

Before divorcing Bundchen, Brady was “really trying to fix” their marriage, a source said. People.
