This is when a man celebrating the birth of his son was fatally shot with a bow and arrow by a neighbor angry at the noise he was making.
Javier Alfredo Miranda Romero, 41, was with a group of friends and had walked home with them after wetting the newborn’s head at a nearby bar.
But as he stood chatting outside his apartment, the enraged Evaristo Scalco, 63, grabbed a bow and arrow and shot him with the steel tip commonly used to kill wild boars.
Graphics shared online show Javier holding his stomach and the arrow clearly sticking out of him as he reels in a pool of blood in an alleyway in the Italian port city of Genoa.
Bare-chested Scalco can be seen in the first-floor window, clearly holding the bow in his hand as he watches, unaware that Javier is mortally wounded.
Witnesses say Scalco threw racial slurs at Peru-born Javier before grabbing the bow and arrow and shooting him in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Javier and his friends had watched the Champions League match between Liverpool and Napoli in a nearby bar before heading home after a few drinks.
In a harrowing piece of footage, Javier can be seen in tears and talking on his phone, holding the arrow and whining: ‘Son of ab****. What have you done to me? My God.’
Scalco can be heard calling downstairs, “Do you need a hand?” A neighbor then comes out and asks, “What happened?” and Javier replies, “He shot me with an arrow.”

Realizing the gravity of the situation, Scalco runs downstairs and other videos show him bending over trying to stop the blood flow while the police try to hold back a mob of angry friends of Javier.
Seconds earlier, they had tried to remove the arrow from his body, possibly aggravating the wound, and he was later taken to a local hospital by paramedics.
Doctors fought to save his life after surgery discovered that the liver had been punctured, but despite efforts to find a possible donor for him, nothing could be done and he died of his injuries on Wednesday.
On his Facebook page, Javier had posted a photo of the scan of his unborn baby in July and wrote: ‘And very soon you will be with us, we are waiting with great eagerness my little Gustavo Giuseppe. You will be our blessing, the joy of Mom and Dad.”

Scalco, who worked as a laborer at the local marina, told police he had just returned from a job in Malta and was tired and just wanted to sleep,” but was kept awake by the noise.
He added: “I looked out and saw a group of people urinating. I yelled at them but they ignored me, I grabbed the bow and fired, but I didn’t mean to kill anyone.”
Officers who raided his home said about 60 arrows and three bows had been seized and an investigation had been opened by local prosecutor Nicola Piacente.
An official from the Peruvian consulate said Javier had been living in Italy for 26 years and staff had been in contact with his family.
Scalco was held last night in a local prison on suspicion of murder and aggravated racism.
