Separately, the US special envoy to Iran, Robert Malley, tweeted that it was not true that Iran had sent a few drones.

“They have transferred dozens this summer and have soldiers in occupied Ukraine helping Russia use them,” he said.
Zelensky, who has repeatedly urged allies to provide more defense against aircraft and missiles, said he expects “good news” in the coming weeks, but did not provide details. Kiev, he added, would launch a fundraising campaign next week to buy marine drones.
Last month, two senior Iranian officials and two Iranian diplomats said Iran had promised to provide Russia with surface-to-surface missiles, in addition to more drones.

IRNA quoted Amirabdollahian as saying Tehran and Kiev had agreed to discuss allegations over the use of Iranian drones, but the Ukrainians failed to show up for the talks.
Commenting on Facebook, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleg Nikolenko said Amirabdollahian was “spreading innuendo about an alleged refusal on the part of the Ukrainian side.”
Amirabdollahian reiterated that Tehran “would not remain indifferent” if it were proved that Russia had used Iranian drones against Ukraine.
