A man has fallen dead from a block of flats in Melbourne in front of shocked onlookers.
He collapsed from the Crown Southbank Riverside Apartments along Power Street around 1pm on Wednesday.
A spokesman for the Victoria Police Department confirmed to the Daily Mail Australia that the death was not being treated as suspicious.

“Emergency services were called to Power Street just after 1pm,” they said.
“Police will prepare a report for the coroner following the death of a man in Southbank on Nov. 9.”
Local residents and workers in the area recalled witnessing the tragic scene.
“Unfortunately, I saw this happen from my office in Southbank,” one person wrote on Reddit.

The user added that the man had been hanging out on the balcony for “a few minutes” before falling.
Another person wrote that they could “see it from my apartment.”
