Some gamers who ordered the Collector’s Editions have discovered that their copy does not contain a download code for the game. For example, many American gamers received their special edition of The Last of Us: Part 1 in a terrible condition because the packaging for shipping was not sturdy enough. </p> <p>A Twitter user does say that he contacted Sony customer service. According to that person, the publisher would investigate the matter and provide a response within 5 working days. All victims will therefore have to wait at least another 5 days to get started with God of War Ragnarök… </p> <p>In Belgium, the launch also did not go as hoped. Thanks to the national day of action of the trade unions, no mail was distributed.
