There are two ways to reset and start a new Master Duel account on Steam.

To reset your Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel account on Steam, you can delete your Konami ID.
But the best way to reset Master Duel is to make a new Steam account, and download Master Duel onto it.
You can have one Master Duel account per Steam account, letting you start over without losing your original account.
Like most “gacha” games, Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel gives new players a massive amount of free cards and gems to get them started. So if you want to make a new deck but don’t have the money, you might want to reset your account and take advantage of all the new player bonuses.
It’s not hard to reset your Master Duel account on Steam, but there’s a trick you can use that’s even better than resetting. Here’s how it works.
How to reset your Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel account on Steam
If you really just want to start over and don’t care about losing your existing cards and ranks, you can reset Master Duel by deleting your Konami ID account.
Quick tip: Your Konami ID is the account you use to sync Master Duel data between devices. Most players have one, but you don’t need it to play. If you don’t have a Konami ID account, you can make one now and link it to the game, or skip to the section on making a new account below instead.
To delete your Konami ID, head to the My KONAMI website and log in. When you reach your account page, click Delete KONAMI ID at the bottom of the page. Agree to all the terms of deletion and confirm your decision.

The next time you log into Master Duel, it should treat you like a new user.
Important: If you compete in Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments in real life, your Konami ID might be linked to your Card Game ID, and deleting one will erase the other. Be careful when deleting your Konami ID.
How to start a new Master Duel account on Steam without losing data
Although there’s no official way to do it, it’s actually pretty easy to run multiple Master Duel accounts at once. This lets you reset whenever you want, without losing all the cards, decks, gems, and ranks that you’ve already earned.
To do it, just make a new Steam account and add Master Duel to its library. When you open the game, it’ll treat you like you’re a totally new user, even if it’s on the same computer. And when you want to switch between your Master Duel accounts, just switch Steam accounts.
New players have access to four bundle packs, which give discounted cards along with one guaranteed copy of a powerful staple card.

You can also make a new Konami ID for the new Master Duel account, which will let you play from that account on any other device with Master Duel. Just don’t try to link a Konami ID that already has Master Duel data to the new Master Duel account — that could get you banned.
There’s no limit to how many Steam accounts you can have, but each one needs to have a unique email address.
