One could be forgiven for guessing the topic of conversation when Boy George crossed paths with jungle nemesis Matt Hancock’s girlfriend after his departure from I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
The Culture Club singer was the fourth star to walk out of the purpose-built camp on Tuesday night, just hours after entertaining the camp with a karaoke version of his biggest hit – Karma Chameleon.
And he was rushed to the luxurious JW Marriott Resort & Spa on the Gold Coast, where former campmates Scarlette Douglas, Sue Cleaver and Charlene White serenaded him with the song before meeting businesswoman Gina Coladangelo for the first time.

George, 61, in tears after Hancock’s late arrival at the camp, appeared to hit it off with the MP’s girlfriend when they passed each other outside their luxurious temporary accommodation.
Coladangelo looked dazzled as he chatted with the pop icon while receiving a round of congratulatory applause after stepping out of his chauffeur-driven car.
Just hours earlier, George led the stars on a song from Culture Club’s hit single Karma Chameleon during a trip to the camp’s legendary Jungle Arms pub.

After missing out on hearing the result of England’s World Cup match against Iran, the camp was delighted to get a surprise and even participated in a game of Beer Pong to win chips and snacks.
Then each of the celebrities took turns at karaoke, and having the whole group sing together, Boy George led a sing along to the 1983 Culture Club hit.
Talking after his departure. the singer told hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly: “I’ve been looking at myself for two and a half weeks and it’s horrible.” I had to forget who he was and let him go, it was quite interesting getting over him.
Here it comes: The singer was clearly delighted to be leaving the show’s jungle camp.
Well done George – he received a warm round of applause after getting out of the back of his car on Tuesday.
‘I’m in the jungle out of control. I really want to be in control again.
On how he managed to stay sane in the camp, he said: “I had to forget who I was the whole time I was here, I had to let it go.” He just had to get over it.
“I just had to say, ‘I’m in the jungle, I haven’t had control.’”
He added: ‘Being really honest, I’m happy to go today. It’s not something I thought I’d ever do, but it’s a lot harder than I thought. I think it really makes you appreciate what you have and the people you love.’
The singer said he would like to see former rugby player Mike Tindall or former footballer Jill Scott win.
