Things will heat up at EastEnders in the coming weeks.
In a new still from the soap opera, Sonia Fowler’s character (Natalie Cassidy) is seen confronting Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks) in a dramatic scene.
In a sneak peek for the show, it is believed that Janine will be caught in a lie by her rival.

In the image, the couple is seen face to face and angrily during their confrontation.
In a sneak peek shared last month, Janine saw character Mick Carter getting kneed in the lower parts.
Filmed in the Deal Beach car park in Kent, 46-year-old Kellie Bright, who plays Linda, Mick’s estranged wife, was seen coming to his rescue before going after Janine.

Kellie was then photographed getting into the car with her, the pair then become involved in a high-speed chase where they crash off a cliff into the sea.
Mick was seen jumping in to try and save them but tragically appears to be lost at sea as the ladies were heard calling out his name.
Last week, Kellie revealed what viewers can expect from this year’s ‘explosive’ Christmas episode, which sees her co-star Danny Dyer (Mick) leave the soap after nine years.

And she says she hopes her departure from Walford opens up new opportunities for her character, as she is left as a single mother of two children, one of whom she shares with Max Branning.
She said Mirror: ‘We just finished filming Christmas, so I just finished working with him, so at this point it doesn’t feel so unusual because obviously we weren’t together the whole time anyway.
‘I still talk to him most days! So he doesn’t feel so bad right now, but obviously it will be different.

“I am very excited about what it could be for Linda now. Obviously she’s going to be sad for a while that she’s there without him, but it’s like having a blank canvas, this new chapter for her, and I honestly don’t know what’s in store for her.
Earlier this year, Danny admitted that the door was open for him to return to the show.
Speaking on his Sorted With The Dyers podcast in January, he said: ‘Let me tell you something: Mick’s departure is going to be a very, very powerful thing. I’d love for the door to be left open, and to my knowledge, it is.
Then, who knows. When I go out and fail miserably, I can come back with my tail between my legs and say, “Do you accept me?”
“But I just want to send a little love to everyone at EastEnders. I love them all.
‘It will be a sad year for me, but I am also very excited about it. So we’re going to attack this year, and we’re going to make this year special.
The scenes will air on Monday, November 28 at 7:30pm on BBC One.
