Beaming Boy George snaps selfies on the beach in Australia
Boy George made the most of life outside the jungle while enjoying a day at the beach on Friday.
The 61-year-old singer swapped the Australian outback for the sandy shores of Surfers Paradise after being dropped from I’m A Celebrity on Tuesday.
Enjoying a relaxing day in the sun, the Culture Club singer walked barefoot across the sand while snapping selfies.
Fun in the sun: Boy George made the most of life outside of the jungle while enjoying a day at the beach on Friday.
He was dressed casually for the outing, in a simple black T-shirt and baggy pants, as well as a purple bandana.
George’s sister, Siobhan O’Dowd, joined him on the outing and the couple enjoyed quality time together.
Earlier in the day, George had joined his fellow campers in the lobby of his hotel to greet the last evicted from the jungle.

Chris Moyles, 48, was the sixth star to be removed from I’m A Celebrity during Thursday’s episode after admitting he was “ready” to go.
He received a hero’s welcome from his friends and loved ones, who gathered in the hotel lobby to see him once he arrived at the Marriott hotel.
The former campmates looked in high spirits when they met in the hotel lobby as a group, after Boy George was unable to join the welcome party the day before when Babatúndé was evicted.

Yoga on the beach: George’s sister, Siobhan O’Dowd, joined him on the excursion, and the couple enjoyed some quality time together.
One viewer told MailOnline: ‘George was the only celebrity not to greet Baba after he was driven out of the jungle on Thursday morning local time.
“It was disappointing because he’s still part of the cast and he was such a big character in camp, it didn’t go unnoticed that he wasn’t there.
“Everyone else may be a good sport, but he seems to have washed his hands of it now.”
My God, George recently addressed his inability to follow the rules, saying, “My biggest wish in the jungle was freedom, not being told what to do.”
Keeping to himself: After leaving the show, George turned down ITV’s post-exit interviews and did not appear on any of the channel’s morning shows on the day of his eviction.
A source close to George added: “He was busy filming the social media content for the show they require and was following his schedule.”
“She then rushed to put on her makeup before doing an interview, purposely not missing Baba’s return.”
Baba lasted one day longer than George and was the fifth celebrity to be eliminated.
Homesick: He was also reportedly ‘desperate’ to go home, but is contractually bound to stay in Australia until the ITV series ends.

On Thursday, George addressed his inability to follow the rules when he took to Instagram for a question-and-answer session.
When asked by a fan, “What was your biggest wish while you were in the jungle?” George replied, “My biggest wish in the jungle was freedom, not being told what to do.”

He was also reportedly “desperate” to go home, but is contractually bound to stay in Australia until the ITV series ends.
Sources close to the Karma Chameleon star told MailOnline: “She wanted to go home straight away, she doesn’t want to stay.”
“If he had his way, he’d already be on a plane, but he wasn’t allowed to do that.”
Catching up: Earlier in the day, George had joined his fellow campers in the lobby of his hotel to greet the jungle’s latest evacuee, Chris Moyles.
