Two men have been charged after allegedly attempting to steal motorcycles from the home where the Train family carried out a murderous attack on two police officers and a neighbour.
Police allege the two men, aged 23 and 25, parked their car near the Wains Rd estate, in the central Queensland town of Wiembilla, around 2am on Sunday morning.
The two men, both from the nearby town of Tara, then reportedly walked through bushland to the home – which remains a crime scene.
Police allege the men entered the shed and grabbed two motorcycles from the premises before beginning to push them towards their vehicle.
