Police are looking for a heavily pregnant woman and her three children after they disappeared from a park in southwest Sydney on Sunday afternoon.
The family was last seen at Koshigaya Park in Campbelltown around 2 p.m., and police have now appealed for public help to find them.
Police and family are increasingly concerned about the well-being of the children, as all three live with medical conditions and are off their medication.

Police released photos of Elizabeth Harpley, 36, and her sons, Mathew Harpley, 10, Christopher Harpley, 9, and Mitchell Devine-Harpley, 5, as part of the public appeal.
“Police are urging anyone who sees the children to contact Triple Zero (000) immediately,” the police said in a statement.
Police believe the group may be traveling with a 49-year-old man known to the family. The public has been asked to look out for the man’s vehicle – a red jeep with number plates 061VKM from Queensland.
Police believe he is the father of one of the children.
Elizabeth Harpley is described as heavily pregnant, with fair appearance and medium length brown hair. She was last seen wearing jeans, a black T-shirt and a vest.
Mathew has a slim build and short, blond, curly hair, and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a dark green hooded sweatshirt.
Christopher has a slim build with short brown curly hair and was last seen wearing jeans with a brown hooded sweater, while the youngest Mitchell has a slim build with short blond wavy hair. He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans and a yellow T-shirt.
