Famed weight loss guru and horse breeding heiress Savannah Daisley has relaxed her bail conditions, it has emerged.
Daisley, 45, was released from Silverwater Women’s Correctional Center in early August after being charged in June last year with four counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with a child between the ages of 14 and 16.
According to the indictment, she served four weeks in jail before being released on $100,000 bail, provided she only left her home to handle banking and financial matters and visit her corporate storage facility.
Part of the mum-of-two’s bid was so she could work on “rebranding… a new product” in her Smart Cleanse range while living with her parents on their lavish farm in the Southern Highlands.
However, bail conditions have now been eased after Daisley’s lawyer Michael Hempsall applied to ‘release Ms Daisley from house arrest’ at the Downing Center Local Court in Sydney.

The change, which was not opposed by the Director of Public Prosecutions, also included a new curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
The bail hearing also heard that the case will go to trial on Thursday and see evidence of a video of “potentially erotic” dancing that took place before the crime.
However, Daisley’s lawyer Michael Hempsall told the court that the video would “speak for itself.”
“There’s some fancy dress, some Michael Jackson moonwalking, and some breakdancing,” Mr. Hempsall said. “That’s normal and not controversial.”
He also admitted that Daisely gave the 14-year-old “one glass of wine” after the prosecution claimed there was evidence the heiress gave the teen alcohol.
Discussing bail conditions at Downing Center local court, Mr Hempsall said they were similar to house arrest.
He then went on to describe the personal problems Daisely faced due to the strict conditions.
Daisley was overcome with emotion during her lawyer’s speech and wiped tears from her eyes, according to the Daily telegram.
The wellness guru is known for her Smart Cleanse program, a 14-day program consisting of capsules and powers that, according to the website, promise to detoxify clients’ bodies, relieve stress, shed pounds, and reverse aging.

Her products are now sold across Australia after she struck deals with pharmacy giant Priceline in 2018 and supplement giant Mr Vitamin in 2020.
She launched the company in 2014 and soon attracted a celebrity including Neighbors star Jodi Gordon, who featured in a video testimonial for Smart Cleanse in June 2021, called the program her “health and beauty secret.”
Daisley will again appear in Downing Center local court on December 22.
Her case is expected to go on trial in Sydney District Court.
