SOUTH GLENS FALLS, NY (NEWS10) — Charges against a Moreau man have been dismissed in a fatal hit and run case in South Glens Falls. The indictment originally charged John Lincoln-Lynch with leaving the scene of a personal injury incident resulting in death.
At around 7:40 p.m. on Feb. 26, police said Paul Trombley, 67, of South Glens Falls was fatally hit by a vehicle near Main Street and 5th Street. The driver, Lincoln-Lynch, reportedly fled north on Route 9 to Glens Falls.
