Her latest sighting comes after news broke that she was regaining full custody of her and Carter’s baby earlier this month.
Born in November 2021, Prince was placed in the care of Melanie’s mother when he was a few months old, and Carter was granted supervised visitation rights.

on December 15 TMZ reported that at a hearing in Los Angeles, Martin was found fit to care for her child and was awarded full custody.
“I’m honoring Aaron today and I know he would be so proud of me. I’m very emotional when I think we could have been a family, but Aaron would be so happy if I knew I had him back,” she said the outlet.
Aaron’s mother Jane Schneck agreed with the decision, adding, “The child must be with the mother.”

Prince was removed from Aaron and Melanie’s care due to alleged concerns about drug use and domestic violence during the couple’s on-off romance.
This turned into a protracted custody battle, with the couple regularly rekindling and ending their romance.
Earlier this year, Carter filed for custody of their son and filed a petition for protection from Martin at the Antelope Valley Courthouse in Los Angeles County.
