A transgender woman accused of killing her father allegedly told police that she hit him over the head with a hammer before stabbing him and his sister.

Nikki Secondino, 22, was arrested and charged with the murder of her father, Carlo, 61, and the attempted murder of her sister Liana, 19, who is in critical condition.

Sources told the New York Post Secondindo confessed to the stabbings at his family’s Brooklyn home and said he also killed the neighbor who called 911.

“My father was sitting on the sofa,” he allegedly told police. I hit him on the head with a hammer. Then I took my favorite German knife and stabbed him.

“My sister came out and tried to stop me, and I stabbed her in the back, head and stomach,” Nikki allegedly added. She wanted them dead.

The alleged confession comes as a 2020 interview surfaced, where Secondino discussed coming out as a trans woman to her divorced parents and described her father as “very Italian” and “very religious.”

Nikki Secondino, 22, allegedly confessed to killing her father and stabbing her sister. In the photo, the trans woman is detained by police on Thursday night.

Secondino, right, has been charged with the murder of her father, Carlo Secondino, 61, center, and the attempted murder of her sister, Liana, left.

Sources said she also told police that she would have killed her neighbor for calling 911.

Police initially suspected the stabbing incident was related to a home invasion, but reports suggested Secondino may have fabricated the story in an attempt to cover up the crime.

Carlo was pronounced dead at the scene and his other daughter was rushed to Maimonides Medical Center, just days shy of her 20th birthday.

The family appeared to be in a great deal of confusion, with records showing Secondino tried to obtain a temporary protection order against his father and sister in July, according to the Post.

The warrant appeared to be the result of a July 15 incident in which police were called to the Brooklyn residence when Secondino claimed her father was in the mob and had threatened to kill her.

Two days later, Liana was charged with assault and criminal mischief for allegedly cutting off Nikki’s hand and knocking down window blinds.

Although officials did not believe Carlo had any connection to the mob, records show that a judge approved the protection order.

It has also been revealed that Secondino obtained a temporary protection order against his father and sister in July.

She claimed her father (pictured) was a member of the mob and threatened to kill her, and her sister was also accused of cutting off Secondino’s hand.

A resurfaced 2020 interview details Secondino’s struggles coming out with his family

A deeper look into the family’s past yielded an interview from two years ago Secondino had done with a YouTube channel that focused on supporting trans people.

In the video, Secondino described his father as a traditional Italian man who wanted nothing to do with his transition into a woman.

“My dad was speechless,” she said. He didn’t know what to say. My mom didn’t know what to say, and at the time like she didn’t really talk to herself about it.

My parents were very religious. Like we go to church every Sunday and stuff,” he added.

Secondino also recalled an incident early in his childhood when he refused to wear boy’s trunks over his mother’s objections.

“She made me… put on a boy’s bathing suit, you know,” Secondino said, “and I had a total meltdown.” I just cried, I screamed.

Secondino suffered stab wounds to his hands and was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Secondino initially tried to cover up the alleged crime as a home invasion, calling 911 to report a break-in.

Two burglars were originally reported to have broken into the 17th Avenue home around 6 a.m. and demanded money from a safe, police say, before attacking the family of three and fleeing on foot.

However, police now believe that Secondino was responsible for the attack.

Secondino suffered stab wounds to his hands and was hospitalized in stable condition.

Neighbors described a horrible scene: “I heard like wrestling, fight,” the neighbor said. ‘I heard the father. He begged me: ‘Please call the police!’ … The front of his chest right there, it was saturated with red like he was wearing a red vest,’ a neighbor told the New York Daily News.

Another woman described how Secondino banged on the door to get in.

”OMG! OMG! Open the door!”, he recalled her yelling. “I saw the blood in the hallway, so I immediately closed the door and didn’t want to get involved.”

‘He was kind of lying there. His head was looking toward the window, the kitchen window. He was lying on his back,’ the neighbor recalled.

‘Every time they argue there are blows. Since the walls are plaster, I would hear everything.
