But the next few weeks are quietly some of the former president’s most legally perilous.</p> <p>Trump is set to testify this month under oath in two separate court cases that could both destroy his family company. He may even face a third deposition in a case that accuses him of abusing the power of the presidency by misusing the Justice Department to punish his former lawyer.</p> <p>In the intervening weeks between those two precarious depositions, the Trump Organization is also scheduled to be in a civil trial for beating up protesters on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue.
