Manchester City’s players had reason to celebrate as some of the top stars came to town on Friday night.
Jack Grealish, Kevin De Bruyne, Phil Foden, Kyle Walker and Riyad Mahrez were among those pictured when they visited the Bubble Room in Cheshire.
It was on the eve of the news that the club had tied Mahrez to a new three-year contract with the Etihad.

The 31-year-old wrote his new extension, which will last his stay at the Etihad until 2025.
Their night out is also before the club flies to America for their upcoming tour of the United States.
Pep Guardiola’s side will face Club America in Texas on Wednesday and will face Bayern Munich in Green Bay on Saturday.
Foden saw arriving at the venue with the England international who will not be joining his teammates on their tour of the United States this week along with John Stones and Ilkay Gundogan.
Foden, who was with the group Friday night, will not travel to the United States with the team.
It was confirmed that he, John Stones and Ilkay Gundogan will fly City’s Under-23s to another destination in Europe to continue their pre-season program.
The five players who were in Cheshire on Friday night seemed to be enjoying their night out before getting serious about their upcoming US tour.
They were depicted smiling and laughing outside the venue, which has been popular with City players in the past.

Explaining his decision to extend his contract, Mahrez said he was delighted to be with an “incredible club”, saying that although he has won eight trophies during his four years at the club, he is “hungry to more to achieve’ under his manager Pep Guardiola.
“I am very happy to sign the new deal,” he said. “I have loved every minute of my time here. It is a pleasure to be part of such an incredible club.
“To have helped us achieve the success we have enjoyed over the past four seasons has been unforgettable and has left us all hungry to achieve even more.
I also want to thank Pep, [director of football] Txiki [Begiristain] and the coaching staff, both for the way they have helped me develop as a player and for pushing me to keep improving.
“Now I just want to try and play my part to help us be successful next season and beyond.”
