Nathan Brown has put his waterfront home in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire up for sale, 13 years after buying it for $1.62 million.
The 48-year-old bought the property in 2009 and recently rebuilt it after it was damaged by a fire in 2010. Domain reported.
The five-bedroom home sits on a sloping 932-square-foot plot and has direct access to the water.

Nathan previously tried to sell the property in 2019 for $3.75 million before renovating it.
It comes after he recently made the shocking admission that his coaching career is over after leaving New Zealand Warriors.
The Warriors parted ways with Nathan last month after he informed the NRL side that he would not be willing to move his family to Auckland when the club returns home next season.

Given his inability to relocate, it seemed likely that Nathan would bide his time for a job closer to home and with two available in Sydney – where his family is based – in the Tigers and Canterbury, it was speculated that the 48-year-old could soon be able to go back to work.
However, when asked if he would consider moving to the Wests or the Bulldogs, he announced that he will no longer be taking up a head coach position.
“Look, the people I worked for in the Warriors are champions and I told them my situation two weeks ago,” he told NRL360.
“I’ve talked to my family and my head coach days are over. I told them I’m not going to perform at another club.

“I said, you decide whether you want me to stay for the rest of this year or not, but my days as head coach are over.”
“I’m going to another field in the rugby league and I’ll honor my word for what I’ve said to those guys.
“I’m actually going to help another coach keep a job so you guys (media) stay off their backs.
‘That’s what I’d like to do. I’m not so sure what that looks like. But in my 20 years as a head coach I have seen far too many coaches become who have basically been put on the line because the clubs have done a bad job and failed to support them.

“I was lucky enough to survive. People like Trent Barrett and all these guys are great coaches, but they coached teams with bad rosters that weren’t well organized.
‘I would like to help a young coach survive. That’s what I would like to do in the future, so my days as head coach are over.
“I can’t coach if my daughters aren’t willing to move anymore, so it’s their fault as much as I love them.
“But my head coach days are over. I am moving to a new field. I’m very grateful for the 20 years I’ve been doing it.’
