NNA – Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Dr. Abdallah Bou Habib, on Wednesday received in his office at the ministry, a delegation of the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO), headed by Mission Head Major General Patrick Gauchat.
Discussions reportedly touched on the Organization’s work and its role in enhancing security and stability in southern Lebanon.
Caretaker Minister Bou Habib also met with a Spanish parliamentary delegation, which included deputies from various Spanish parties, with whom he discussed an array of matters, including the aid provided by Spain to Lebanon, Spain’s participation within the UNIFIL forces in southern Lebanon, the bilateral relations between the two countries and the Syrian displacement dossier.
