“I’m fine with that, and I’m pretty lazy to be honest,” she said Yahoo lifestyle. “I have two shows that I love and I’m like, that’s all I want to do this year, that’s great.”
Sophie won Celebrity Apprentice, judged Australia’s Got Talent, starred in The Bachelorette and presented both Love Island Australia and Beauty and the Geek.
She said she loves reality TV so much that she would consider becoming a contestant again in the future.
“I don’t know why there are people in this industry who look down on it,” said the former model.

‘I love it. I did The Masked Singer not long ago, so I would definitely do reality TV again, depending on the show.
“It just has to be the right show and the right timing. I just find them fun and an adventure and you learn so much from those environments under the pump.’
Meanwhile, Sophie recently dismissed claims that “the geeks” on Beauty and the Geek are paid actors.

There are rumors that the cast of Channel Nine’s hit show is “too nice” for reality television and may be in a script.
The TV star, who has been hosting the program since last year, insisted that the cast members were completely sincere.
She said Now to love on Friday: ‘The boys would be so flattered to hear that’ [people think they’re actors].

“Someone even asked me if we push them more… I’ve watched their audition tapes, at least they’re less smart!”
She added that the chemistry between the beauties and the geeks was real and often led to romance on and off the set.
“If I see chemistry there, then we’re going to link them together and see where it goes,” she added.
