<p>Multiple people have <a href="https://www.tennessean.com/story/news/2023/03/27/covenant-school-nashville-shooting-green-hills/70052363007/">been injured</a> in an active shooting at a private Christian school in Nashville on Monday, authorities said.</p>
<p>“An active shooter event has taken place at Covenant School, Covenant Presbyterian Church,” Metro Nashville Police Department said in a <a href="https://twitter.com/MNPDNashville/status/1640383339893800964">tweet</a>. “The shooter was engaged by MNPD and is dead.”</p>
<p>The Nashville Fire Department said it responded to “an active aggressor” at the school and had “multiple patients.”</p>
