Jennifer Aniston finally revealed what she really ate on the long-running sitcom’s group of friends during her 10-year stint on the show.
The actress also gave an insight into the food favorites of the former star and close confidante Courteney Cox while speaking with Capital FM this week – describing the sandwiches and salads.
Last year, videos of the salad recipe began circulating on social media, with claims that it was the lunch Jennifer ate every day for a decade.
The power took over the video-streaming app TikTok as fans scrambled to recreate it, with many tagging Jennifer for a look.
But the actress officially “debunked” the rumors last June, adding this week that although she looked good, she “didn’t know” where it came from.

The long haul: The duo starred in Friends Theater for ten years together, with Jennifer this week sharing sandwiches and salads.
When Cian Welby, presenter of Capital FM, questioned Jennifer about the salad, the actress explained that she used to eat Cobb salad while filming Friends.
‘It’s not right,’ she said, ‘it is not my authority. I don’t know where that came from. Looks good, but it’s not for me.
The one I ate in the group of friends was like iceberg lettuce, it was cobb salad. I’m trying to remember (what was in it), pecorino, bacon, chicken and chickpeas.
The salad first went viral when TikTok user and food blogger with username “Lovelydelites,” real name Hannah, shared the recipe and claimed Jennifer eats it every day.

Sian then asked Jennifer about her sandwich preferences, and asked if she liked adding potato chips to the filling.
“Courteney Cox does it,” Jennifer exclaims. Explaining: ‘(Courtney) would make a sandwich and she’d put mayonnaise, mustard, cheese, chicken strips and Fritos. Then she rotated it all.
“It was when we used to eat bread, and now we have lettuce wraps,” the star joked.
