Ashley James took to Instagram on Saturday with a sweet montage documenting the first month since welcoming her daughter, Ada.
The 35-year-old music and podcast host has welcomed her second child with four-and-a-half-year-old Tommy Andrews.
In the clips, the former reality star showed the little girl meeting her extended family as well as 2-year-old older brother Alfie.
She also bravely showed off her postpartum figure and went topless in a series of mirror selfies revealing that the operation left her feeling “vulnerable”.
“March 2023 – the month I never wanted to end,” she wrote.

I think I can safely say that this was the happiest month of my life. I’ve had some great moments in life, but I haven’t been good at stopping and living fully in the present.
She continued, “I usually always think about the future or think too much. This month, I slowed down, stopped working, kept my world really small, and just lived in the moment.”
I had a feeling of wanting time to just sit still. Wanting to savor every scent and enjoying that period of a newborn’s life when your daily life kind of comes to a halt.
Before I say: At the same time I feel so grateful and happy, I also feel very vulnerable. I guess that’s why I gave myself a proper break. The only way I can describe how I feel is this: I feel like my happiness is made of glass and it can shatter at any moment if I think too much.
About the challenges ahead, about work, about opinions, about my self-esteem — so for now, I was just focused on being a mom. on my family. To my wonderful friends. On becoming a mother out of lockdown. And it was great.
She went on to say, “There’s a lot to tell you, but for now, here are a few highlights from the month that I never wanted to end.” I’m glad I ended it because I mean to move on…with lots of adventures.
“I’m waiting for Alf and Tommy to come off their trip to join us so we can enjoy my birthday weekend as a family of 4”
Before adding, “We hope now that April is full of sunshine and positive energy for all of us.”

Last week, Ashley announced the name she and Tommy had chosen for the baby boy, choosing Ada Isabella Blue Andrews.
I told Welcome! Journal: We thought Ada was a really sweet name and I was also inspired by Ada Lovelace, who was a famous scientist and mathematician.
It’s been hailed as an invention of computer programming and Tommy works in tech, so we loved that link.
“Isabella was named after my grandmother who was an amazing woman, and we picked Blue because Alfie’s middle name is Rivers and I love the aquatic references.”

The media shared a touching picture of her and Tommy embracing the hand of their newborn.
Along with the post, she wrote, “Just wanted to let you know our baby girl is here. We are both happy, healthy and all in love.
“We are taking some time to enjoy this newborn bubble and bond as a family of 4. But I can’t wait for you to meet her.”
Her celebrity friends were quick to flock to the comments section to share their heartfelt congratulations with the star.
