Kimberly Rivera, 33, a man, was also arrested alongside Davis. The red sweatshirt guy is still at large and it’s unclear what happened to the other lady
The incident comes as NYC faces increased crime, with overall violent crime rising by more than 30 percent

A wild video shows a group of people in Harlem starting a fight with police after authorities tried to arrest a woman for blaring music from a loudspeaker on the street corner.
Felicia Davis, 32, was blasting songs on Madison Avenue near East 105th Street on Tuesday night when officers told her to stop, police sources told the police. New York Post†
Davis reportedly fled the scene when approached by police, but eventually returned to retrieve her forgotten speaker.
Police officers then tried to take her into custody after she refused to identify herself.

A massive brawl broke out between civilians and officers when a woman in a blue jacket and a man in a black hoodie (both on the right of the photo) tried to get the woman away from the officers.
In a video Livito posted to Instagram, Davis, wearing a pink cap, was seen handcuffed by a police car while screaming at the crowd.
The man who posted the video can be heard claiming that the woman told police to “lock her up” when she returned for the speaker.
However, the woman can be heard yelling, “It’s not right…I don’t see how I could be arrested for a speaker.”
Moments later, two others were seen approaching officers to speak to police as they prepared to place her in the back of the cruiser. A woman in a blue coat appears to be aggressively approaching the police while yelling ‘don’t touch me’.
In the next clip posted to his story, a man in a black hoodie can be seen with his hands around Davis trying to pull her away from the police as the woman’s feet are lifted off the ground.
Several police officers try to break up the group, but the woman in the blue jacket begins to spit in the officers’ faces before violently throwing her hands above her head and hitting an officer several times on the back.
A man in a red sweatshirt can also be seen chasing cops and taking several punches, hitting a cop in the back and side of the head before sprinting off down the street.
Officers walk up to the woman in a blue coat, while an officer pushes Davis into the back of the cruiser.
Seconds later, a cop is seen lying on top of the man while the rest of the crowd disperses. It is unclear what happened to the blue-coated woman.

Davis and Kimberly Rivera, 33, were arrested for resisting arrest, disrupting government administration and disorderly conduct, police told DailyMail.com on Wednesday.
The man in the red jacket is still at large and is reported to have long black hair and red shoes.
The attack comes as NYC faces increased crime, with total crime rising more than 30 percent from last year. The crime rate has increased by almost 20 percent, while rape and robbery have also increased by 16.9 and 40.3 percent, respectively.
