Ryuichi Sakamoto, famous composer and former member of the Yellow Magic Orchestra, has died at the age of 71.
He left behind an extensive number one that includes rock and pop classics with his Yellow Magic Orchestra – which also included Haruomi Hosono and the late Yukihiro Takahasi – as well as several film scores for major acts including Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence, The Last Emperor and The Revenant. .
