A self-described ‘fitness freak’ grandmother, who said she still feels sexy at 53, shared a recipe for a libido boost with her followers.
Originally from Brazil, Andrea Sunshine, who now lives in London, posted a post recipe Along with pictures of her on Instagram where she has around 320,000 followers.
Donning a daring ensemble in the photos accompanying the recipe, the 53-year-old wore a black leotard with a deep V-neckline and an elaborate bunny mask.
In the photos, Grandma holds two treats — a chocolate pudding protein dessert, topped with berries.
The caption she posted along with the photos reads, “This is the best Easter recipe you’ll find and I’m not just talking about the flavor.”
According to the 53-year-old, who looks much younger than her age, her recipe makes for fitness enthusiasts a tasty treat.

Andrea, who has revealed that men half her age often ask her out, follows a strict diet and a rigorous workout routine to maintain her impressive physique.
According to the fitness enthusiast, she goes to the gym for at least three hours every day, and is also devoted to her diet — which sees her consuming a massive amount of eggs.

She consumes 150 eggs per month, plus up to 7 pounds of sweet potatoes. Andrea also loves salads and vegetables, especially nutrient-rich broccoli.
“The number of (eggs) is surprising, but it’s true, I train a lot every day and my diet is monitored by a dietitian,” she said.
“An idealist is always striving for improvement, so some sacrifices are worth it.”
When discussing her regime, super fit Gran said: ‘I love working out and doing physical exercises, taking care of myself is an act of love that I’ve learned over time and that’s why I plan my food, watch what I eat and avoid. Fats and sweets whenever you can.
