A high-ranking executive who allegedly killed his partner of 13 years by repeatedly stabbing her in the chest is being charged with murder.
NSW Police were called to an apartment in the southern Sydney suburb of Mascot just after 6pm on Easter Sunday following reports of an alleged domestic incident.
Lisa Fenwick, 59, was found on the 10th floor of her apartment building on Church Avenue.
The court heard paramedics desperately tried to save her, but she tragically died at the scene with “multiple stab wounds” to her chest.
Her partner, Anthony ‘Tony Erikson, 61, was charged with murder and faced Parramatta Bail Court on Monday.

A neighbor reported hearing screams from the apartment on Sunday night as families gathered to celebrate Easter Sunday.
When Eriksen appeared in court on Monday, the only words were ‘yes’ when the magistrate asked him if he understood his charges. The Daily Telegraph reported.
He has not applied for bail.
According to his LinkedIn, Eriksen works as an independent nutritionist to “empower people to make healthy food choices throughout their lives.”
He has held a number of positions in government, mining and banking, including insurance advisor at AMP and project manager at ANZ.
He also served as a senior financial analyst at the Department of Defense in 2009 and holds college degrees from Harvard University and Stanford University School of Medicine.
A friend of the couple described Mrs Fenwick as ‘very sweet’ and said the couple were known in the area for walking their two dogs in the local parks.
Local resident Prateek Mundae called the incident “shocking.”
“It’s very disheartening to hear,” Mr. Mundae told the ABC.
‘It’s quite surprising. I’ve lived here for three years.’
“I live on the corner and I saw a lot of police cars,” said another local resident.
“I am so nervous and sad for the family. It’s so bad and it’s really scary.’
