Former Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli has revealed that he was so exhausted filming the show that he once had an “out of body experience.”
The 67-year-old TV personality was a judge on the BBC’s celebrity dance program between 2004 and 2019.
This year he became a judge on Britain’s Got Talent, which airs this weekend, replacing David Walliams, a regular on the show.
Speaking to Radio Times, Bruno revealed that despite the glitz and glamor of his time at Strictly, he was completely exhausted behind the scenes.
He said, “I remember telling Tess I didn’t know where I was because I was so tired. I even barked at Dancing with the Stars once.

“I had an out-of-body experience and was confused about where I was, but I caught myself really quickly.”
“Maybe I’ll never be a strict judge again, but maybe I’ll go back. We will always be very good friends.’
It comes after Britain’s Got Talent reportedly got into trouble with an ‘inappropriate’ joke between auditions – with Simon Cowell pretending to be seriously hurt.
The talent show is currently filming for its new series and has welcomed a slew of hopeful acts to the stage to show off what they’re capable of.
But at some point during filming, judges Bruno and Simon, 63, allegedly had their own turn when the former appeared to be the butt of the prank.
The new judge was given a crossbow to shoot at his music mogul, but was startled when Simon pretended to be knocked down and wounded by the arrow.according to The suncaused some offense among the live audience.
A TikTok user shared a clip of the moment, in which Strictly would have fooled judge Bruno into thinking he shot Simon dead in front of the live audience – with the joke being called disrespectful by the actual victims.
The publication reports that prior to Simon’s prank, an act was on stage performing a routine of shooting balloons.
Simon and Bruno decide to have a laugh between acts and then also allegedly went on stage with a crossbow – the latter being blindfolded.
He was then allegedly told to fire it, unaware that the long-standing judge was ready to pretend to be shot by him from a rigged crossbow by having the crew stabbed in the chest.
Simon allegedly lay down on the floor pretending to be dead when a paramedic rushed to help him in front of the live audience, leaving Bruno shocked.
