NNA – Caretaker Interior Minister, Bassam Mawlawi, stressed that his ministry is ready for the municipal and mayoral elections at the administrative level, emphasizing the necessity of holding the polls.
He also highlighted the obligation to elect a president of the republic as soon as possible.
Mawlawi made these remarks following his meeting with Maronite Patriarch Beshara Rahi in Bkekri on Wednesday.
