Former Secretary of State Julie Bishop has launched her new career as a social media influencer.
On Tuesday, the 66-year-old promoted her stay at the five-star Gansevoort Meatpacking in New York City, which costs up to $2,814 per night.
She shared a video on Instagram outside the hotel before attending an Anzac Day Dawn service.
“I just walked from the Upper East Side to the Meatpacking district. It’s a very different atmosphere here,’ Julie began.
‘I’m staying in the super cool Gansevoort hotel, which is right behind me. I can not wait for it.’

After checking into the hotel, she added, “So my first stop at the Gansevoort is the coffee shop and they make me an almond milk cappuccino.”

Julie then attended an Anzac Day Dawn service in New York and addressed the crowd in black trousers and a long white designer coat.

Julie’s trip to New York comes after she recently attended Capella Sydney’s official opening night with her rumored handsome new boyfriend Luke Hepworth.
