Bam Margera’s brother claims the star has a ‘meth addiction’ and is on the run from police

Bam Margera is allegedly addicted to meth — and is on the run from the police with his girlfriend and her eight-year-old child, according to his brother, Jess Margera.

The Jack**s star’s brother took to Twitter on Wednesday to make the allegations, adding that he’s “trying to stay positive” because he’s “the sweetest guy.”

Jace claims that “since his meth habit, he’s unrecognizable”, stating that he “doesn’t know what he can do”.

I saw him yell @ (at) someone who wasn’t there, hallucinating. It’s really scary and heartbreaking, Jess said.

“His girlfriend has her phone, I am obviously very worried about Pam, but I am very worried about having an 8-year-old with them.” I can’t even imagine the environment in that car right now.

Jace also expresses his frustration with the cops for not being able to track him down.

Over the weekend, Pennsylvania cops launched a manhunt in Pennsylvania to find the troubled star, who allegedly assaulted Jess.

Pennsylvania State Police officials said TMZ Soldiers responded to a disturbance reported at around 11 a.m. Sunday near the $1.1 million Bokobson Township Castle, where an alleged victim said they got into a physical altercation with the 43-year-old skier and suffered minor injuries as a result.

But when the police arrived on the scene, Margera had already fled to a nearby wooded area and her location had yet to be determined.

According to the police report, Margera began knocking on his brother Jesse’s bedroom door at 8 a.m. Sunday, leaving a disturbing note in his wake.

“If you even consider calling the police on me, I will officially trespass you,” the note reads.

Jess – known by the moniker of the drummer for the rock band CKY – said he found the note and walked downstairs to discover Bam urinating in the kitchen sink, which sparked a fight.

Pam allegedly began beating Jess, hitting him several times on the head, which showed Jesse several visible injuries.

Jess claims that after the fight, Pam continued to rage, saying, “I’m going to kill you.” I will put a bullet in your head.

Pam also allegedly said he would kill everyone else in the house, including Margera’s brother’s father, and two unidentified women. Then Bam ran away into the woods behind the house.

Allegedly, his friends were urging Pam to get help after the failed intervention in San Diego earlier this month, following his recent arrest.

Despite their best efforts, Pam, who has dealt with issues of substance abuse and violent behavior in recent years, reportedly “blew the whole thing.”

While a source said TMZ That the actor “seemed receptive at first,” things went south after some logistical issues, including where his current girlfriend would live if he was receiving treatment.

The insider indicated that loved ones of one of the father’s parents are “worried about him” and want him to “help get him back into rehab.”

His estranged wife, Nicole Boyd, was said to have been involved during the intervention because she had agreed to allow visits with their five-year-old son, Phoenix, if he remained sober.

TMZ reported this “upset” to his girlfriend, who then “kicked everyone out.”

An arrest warrant has now been issued for Margera, charging him with four misdemeanor counts of making terrorist threats with intent to terrorize another, one count of simple assault and a final court of harassment while exposing the other to physical contact.

The charges come Just weeks after Margera’s arrest in California for public intoxication after he got into a shouting match with an unidentified woman at a Thai restaurant in Burbank.

In a video of that confrontation filmed by comedian Evan Brin, the former professional skater can be seen running back into the restaurant and then out again after the police arrive.

At the request of an officer, Margera sat on the floor in the parking lot, and although his conversation with the officer was not heard, he was seen waving his arms and making violent gestures.

The arrest may have been preceded by some sort of family drama, as Margera’s estranged wife Nikki and their son Phoenix were at the restaurant, according to a witness at the scene.

However, the police did not clarify if he was arguing with his ex-wife, or if it was another woman.

The sources added that Margera will have to pay $500 for early bail, unless he chooses to stay behind bars until he sobers up.

Earlier that month, Margera was also arrested on domestic violence charges after police in California responded to his home in Escondido, where a woman alleged he had kicked her.

The alleged victim was not named, but it was Margera’s friend, Jessica, and not his ex-wife. It is unclear if the victim is in the most recent condition.

Margera was eventually released on $50,000 bail, though the local district attorney said no charges would be filed against him.

The sources said in the aftermath TMZ His estranged wife is considering filing a lawsuit against him in order to protect herself and their five-year-old child, Phoenix.

She had told the site that the incident “was scary for me and even more scary for Phoenix,” adding that it was a shame that “the visit Pam had with Phoenix the day before in Hollywood went reasonably well.”

Nicole claimed her famous husband arrived at the restaurant drunk and full of combat as she explained: “This is the umpteenth time Pam has taken one step forward and ten steps back.”

Her attorney David Glass told TMZ that they’ve been trying to work with Pam to have regular visits for their child, but that it hinges on him staying sober and treating her with respect — something they say Margera has refused to do.

Boyd had filed for divorce from Margera in February of this year after claiming he had been inattentive while visiting his son.

She has asked for legal and physical custody of Phoenix, though she says Margera should still be allowed to have supervised visits with his son in the Los Angeles area.
