Three police officers who were injured during an alleged Billingham knife attack are recovering at home. Mark Thomas Fox appeared at Teesside Magistrates’ Court on Monday charged with three counts of Section 18 assault, and with threatening someone with a weapon. The 34-year-old was arrested following an incident on Corfe Crescent on Friday evening.
