Wells Fargo doesn’t have a huge variety of cards to choose from, but they’re definitely still worth looking into. Each Wells Fargo card has its own unique list of rewards and benefits that suit a variety of different customers.
From cards that earn you stamps toward a free hotel night, to being able to earn unlimited points on select bonus categories like dining and transit, to one of the longest 0% APR offers on the market, there’s a Wells Fargo card for just about everyone.
Here’s a guide to picking the best Wells Fargo credit card for you.
We’re focused here on the rewards and perks that come with each card. These cards won’t be worth it if you’re paying interest or late fees. When using a credit card, it’s important to pay your balance in full each month, make payments on time, and only spend what you can afford to pay.

Wells Fargo Active Cash card
Why the Active Cash card is worth it: The Wells Fargo Active Cash® Card earns 2% cash rewards on purchases — one of the best flat cash rewards rates of any no-annual-fee card.
Welcome bonus offer: New cardholders can earn a Wells Fargo Active Cash® Card.
The Wells Fargo Active Cash® Card offers a simple 2% cash rewards on purchases. The welcome bonus offer is decent for a no-annual-fee card, and there are no rotating categories, no quarterly activations, no category limitations, and no earning caps.
The Wells Fargo Active Cash® Card is part of the Wells Fargo Rewards program so you can redeem rewards as statement credits (to a Wells Fargo Mortgage, loan, or credit product), on purchases charged to your credit (starting at $1), and as cash or gift cards. You can also redeem rewards toward travel bookings.
The Wells Fargo Active Cash® Card has a Wells Fargo Active Cash® Card (then a Wells Fargo Active Cash® Card APR). Although the Wells Fargo Reflect® Card has a longer intro APR offer, this is still a solid deal.
Another great feature is cell phone protection coverage if your phone is damaged or stolen. It’s worth up $600 per claim, with a $25 deductible (maximum of two claims every year). Other benefits include Visa Signature concierge (24/7 concierge service), travel emergency cash disbursement and card replacement, roadside dispatch, and access to the Visa Signature Luxury hotel collection.

Wells Fargo Bilt Mastercard
Why the Bilt Mastercard is worth it: The Bilt Mastercard® lets you earn points when you pay rent with no additional fees, no annual fee, and you can transfer points to excellent airline and hotel partners.
Welcome bonus offer: N/A
If you’re looking to earn rewards on rent payments, the Bilt Mastercard® is the best (and only) card that allows you to earn points when you pay your rent, with no additional fees. Bilt can send a check, or make a direct bank transfer to your landlord to avoid the transaction fee.
You earn 1 point per dollar spent on rental payments up to $50,000 a year for no annual fee. You can also earn 2x points on travel bookings, 3x points on dining, and 1x points on all other purchases. However, you have to make at least five transactions per statement to receive any earned points.
The Bilt Mastercard® lets you earn 25,000 points when you refer five friends/family members (capped at 1 million bonus points). Interestingly enough, you don’t even have to use the Bilt Mastercard® for referrals. Instead, you just use the app to “Invite” people.
Other than the Bilt Mastercard® annual fee, the most notable benefit of the Bilt Mastercard® is that cardholders can transfer points to a great selection of airlines and hotels partnered with Bilt Rewards. Your other options for redeeming rewards are using points toward a down payment or mortgage, on fitness classes (like Soul Cycle, Rumble, and Y7), or on merchandise (through the Bilt app).

Wells Fargo Reflect card
Why the Reflect card is worth it: The Wells Fargo Reflect® Card has an exceptionally long introductory APR offer which makes it a great choice for those trying to pay down debt or other large purchases.
Welcome bonus offer: N/A
It’s true that the Wells Fargo Reflect® Card doesn’t earn cardholders rewards or any sort of welcome bonus offer, but it’s a great option for folks paying down debt. It offers a Wells Fargo Reflect® Card (then a Wells Fargo Reflect® Card).
The Wells Fargo Reflect® Card intro APR rate is rare and one of the best out there. Although there are other cards that offer good intro APR as well as earning rewards on spending, the Wells Fargo Reflect® Card’s intro APR offer is significantly longer than most. In order to qualify for the intro APR on balance transfers, you have to make the transfer within the first 120 days of account opening.
The card comes only with a few perks, the most notable being cell phone protection. You can get up to $600 of cell protection (with the $25 dollar deductible), but you have to pay your monthly phone bill in order to receive this benefit. When you use your Wells Fargo Reflect® Card you also get roadside dispatch and zero liability protection.
If you’re considering applying for the Wells Fargo Reflect® Card, be mindful of when the intro APR bonus runs out. The regular APR is a Wells Fargo Reflect® Card. Because the intro APR bonus is the most rewarding aspect of the card, it’s not a good choice for spending in the long term. But remember that the card has a Wells Fargo Reflect® Card annual fee so it won’t cost you anything to keep it.

Welcome bonus offer: For a limited time, when you open the Hotels.com®️ Rewards Visa®️ Credit Card you can earn Hotels.com®️ Rewards Visa®️ Credit Card.
The no-annual-fee Hotels.com®️ Rewards Visa®️ Credit Card is a good card for folks looking to find discounted hotels, apartments, and home rentals all while earning stamps towards reward nights (10 stamps = 1 reward night), and you can earn a pretty good welcome bonus. The Hotels.com loyalty programs earn 1 stamp for every $500 spent even if you don’t have the Hotels.com®️ Rewards Visa®️ Credit Card.
