<p>“Steely” Kate’s involvement in pressing “home” the case for using the phrase is revealed in a new chapter of the paperback version of <a href="https://www.thedailybeast.com/meghan-did-desperately-unhappy-harry-the-greatest-kindness-by-getting-him-out-of-royal-life">Valentine Low’s</a> bestselling book <a href="https://www.waterstones.com/book/courtiers/valentine-low/9781472290922">Courtiers</a>, <a href="https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/kate-harry-meghan-valentine-low-courtiers-30wsms50q?t=ie">excerpted Friday in the London Times</a>.
