NNA – Caretaker Minister of Labor, Mustafa Bayram, met Sunday withnbsp;his Iranian counterpart, Seyyed Salt Mortazavi, within the framework of his official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran accompanied by a delegation of ministry staff.
According to an issued statement by the Labor Minister, quot;many positive matters of concern to both sides were agreed upon in various fields, especially inspection and training in the areas of labor, relations between workers and employers, vocational learningnbsp;and craftsmanship,nbsp;exchange of technical and engineering services, and specialized employment.quot;
The meeting included the signing of a memorandum of understanding between both the Lebanese and Iranian sides, wherebynbsp;it was agreed that specialists from the two countries would follow up on the terms of the memorandum tonbsp;be put into practice.
Bayram and Mortazavi hoped, during the meeting, that quot;the different experiences of the two countries would yield mutualnbsp;benefitnbsp;in all fields, especially entrepreneurship and job opportunities.quot;
