NNA – Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Makary, met, at his ministry office on Monday, with the Head of Baalbek Municipal Union, Shafic Qassem Chehade, accompanied by delegation comprising Head of Baalbek Media Forum Hikmat Shreif, and Mohammad Abu Esber and Sleiman Amhaz.

Chehade hailed Minister Makary#39;s professionalism and positive approach to the development of the ministry of Information, heaping praise on the performance of the National News Agency and its coverage of municipalities and local community news.
Chehade also invited Makary to sponsor the honoring ceremony of Mohammad Abu Esber on August 6.

For his part, Makary shed light on the necessity of a positive attitude and of an objective and responsible dissemination of news.
