NNA – Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Abdallah Bou Habib, on Tuesday welcomed Spanish Ambassador to Lebanon, Jesuacute;s Santos, who briefed him on the embassyrsquo;s cultural activities in Lebanon, as well as on Spain#39;s action plan during its presidency of the European Union, especially the priorities that it will work on.nbsp;
Minister Bou Habib then discussed with Chinese Ambassador to Lebanon, Qian Minjian, and Japanese Ambassador to Lebanon, Magushi Masayuki, the most recent developments in south Lebanon, most importantly the Israeli violation of International Security resolution #1701. The meeting also touched on the renewal UNIFILrsquo;s mandate in south Lebanon, which will be issued by the Security Council in New York in August.
