NNA -nbsp;APEX Holding launched a new real-estate project in Massa, Italy, under the name ldquo;Borgo Ducalerdquo;. The launch event was held on Thursday 29 June, 2023, at the Yacht Club, Zeituna Bay, Beirut, under the patronage and in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Amin Salam, Minister of Economy and Trade. The event was attended by key figures, namely Deputy Parliament Speaker H.E Mr. Elias Bou Saab, Dr. Pietro Enyard Political and Commercial Adviser of the Italian Embassy representing H.E the Ambassador of Italy to Lebanon, as well as many general directors, armed forces and security officials, in addition to political, diplomatic figures, and media representatives.nbsp;
The event was presented by Journalist Rita Pia Antoun, who mentioned that itrsquo;s the first initiative taken by a Lebanese company to invest in a project of several millions of euros, located in a renown Italian city, namely Massa. She further cited the many strategic advantages of this city, noting that it is 40 minutes away from the popular city of Florence, and only 15 minutes away from Pisa city, famous for its leaning tower. In addition, the city of Massa is 5 kilometers away from the touristic area of Forte Dei Marmi, located on the Italian coast. Furthermore, it is characterized by an extremely strategic location, as it is easily accessible from several cities, such as Cannes, Monaco, Rome, Milano and others. Antoun also explained that the project will cover a built area of 6,538 sqm., on a property with a total area of approximately 11,500 sqm.
