NNA – Caretaker Finance Minister, Dr. Youssef Khalil, on Monday submitted to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the state budget draft for 2023, compared with that of 2022 and the differences that occurred, in order to study, approve and refer it to the Parliament in accordance with the norms.
