<p>A 23-year-old American soldier’s madcap dash toward the North Korean border on Tuesday “shocked” the civilian tour group he’d joined that day, a witness told the <a href="https://apnews.com/article/north-korea-us-soldier-travis-king-tourist-witness-92f96befe0b2b8d2e7d016d645d21180">Associated Press</a>.</p>
