According to what the authorities announced, Kilic will represent Turkey in these talks, which will address the developments of the war in Ukraine, and ways to establish peace between Moscow and Kiev.
On the sidelines of the talks, Kilic is expected to hold bilateral meetings with the national security advisers of the countries participating in the conference, including the United States, Britain, France, Germany, India, Italy and Ukraine, in addition to representatives of NATO and the European Union.
