NNA – Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati, will chair a cabinet session at 4:00 p.m. today [Thursday] at the Grand Serail.
Earlier on Thursday, Caretaker Premier Mikati presided over a financial meeting, attended by Caretaker Minister of Finance, Dr. Youssef El-Khalil, Central Bank#39;s first vice-governor, Dr. Wassim Mansouri, Director General of the Ministry of Finance, George Maarawi, and the Premier#39;s Advisor and former Minister Nicolas Nahhas.
Mikati also held talks on Thursday with Caretaker Foreign Minister Abdallah Bou Habib over the current general situation and an array of ministerial affairs.
Bou Habib also informed his host of the outcome of the recent meeting of the Arab Ministerial Contact Committee on Syria, held in Cairo.
The PM also received at the Grand Serail US Ambassador to Lebanon, Dorothy Shea.
Mikati later received Indian Ambassador to Lebanon, Muhammad Noor Rahman Sheikh, who came to the Grand Serail on a protocol visit.
Mikati also met separately with MP Osama Saad and MP Mohammed Yehya.
