Reese Witherspoon was in mom mode in New York City on Thursday.
The actress, 47, who has been visiting her son Deacon Phillippe, 19, was spotted outside a Crate and Barrel store buying some home essentials.
Reese looked low-key in bootleg-cut jeans and a white V-neck tee with white sneakers.
She added a blue and white knot to the look and accessorized it with tiny gold hoop earrings and several necklaces, including a firefly.
Her long blonde hair was styled in a loose bun.

Deacon looked equally casual, wearing a white crew neck T-shirt, tan sweatpants and white sneakers.
He was carrying a large box as they left the lifestyle store.
The NYU student has studied music in college while building his own repertoire of singles.
He released the video for his latest, Found meon social media Friday.
“FOUND ME video out now,” he wrote on Instagram.
“You can now see the album’s vision come to life thanks to (Gray Smoley) and (Ari Isenberg) and an extremely talented group of people…watch it now.”
For her part, Reese gave her unbiased review by writing “This one is 100” in the comments section.

“I am very grateful that these little people are in my life. Adult people. I now have two adult children, Tracee. It’s crazy.’
